New name and new scheduling - the ‘L-TEC’ is now the ‘Fleischerforum’
From the 18th – 20th March 2012 Salzburg Exhibition Centre will be hosting the ‘Fleischerforum’; the leading contact and information platform for the meat processing trades in Austria and Bavaria!
New concept and synergies with the ‘HOTEL & GAST Salzburg’
As well as serving the needs of industrial meat processing businesses, the show is also aimed at smaller scale meat trades and the food processing industry.
The ‘Fleischerforum’ draws together target groups such as meat processing companies, butchers, direct sellers, caterers, hotel industry, restaurant operations and the food and beverage trade.
Parallel to the ‘Fleischerforum’ there’s another excellent reconceptualised show in the exhibition centre: The HOTEL & GAST Salzburg. The newly designed ‘Spring Gast’ is now very clearly distinguishable from the annual autumn ‘Alles für den Gast’ in Salzburg in November, and now features special content such as the symposium and the i-forum. The ‘HOTEL & GAST’ is celebrating its debut in Vienna in April 2011.  |
